At Merchistoun Hall we appreciate how important your booking is to you. Whether it is a wedding reception, an anniversary, a birthday party or an informal get-together with family & friends. No matter the occassion, we are here to help you very step of the way to make that special occasion 'special'.
Whilst you are preparing for your booking, training or conference we are just a phone call away should you have any changes, new requirements - in many cases we can help you with the planning of your event.
We want you to enjoy your function and your time with us.
Below are some of the extra touches we can offer:
Bar facility
Our fully licensed bar offers a range of bottled beers, wines, spirits and non alcoholic alternatives.
In addition to our general bar facility we can offer the following:
- Welcome drink for your guests on their arrival
- Toasting drinks to be served when ever you want during your function
Drinks can range from soft beverages through to wines, sparkling and champagne and non alcoholic alternatives.
If you have any special requirements then speak with our licensee.
Please note:
- We do not operate an extended licence
- Children under 16 are not allowed in the bar area
- Proof of identity for alcohol purchase to prove minimum age may be asked for and must be produced on request
Catering
We can offer you everything from a light finger buffet to a full silver service multi course meal through our recommended caterers who each offer a first class quality and service with prices to suit all budgets!
For training and conferences, morning teas, coffees and pastries, soft drinks and lunch can be provided.
Entertainment
Whether it is a 6 piece Jazz Band or a high quality DJ then we can help you to secure that all important entertainment for your evening.
Other services
We can also recommend venue decorators, accommodation, florists, wedding transport services and much more!
